Acceptable Use Policy

Welcome to Da Vinci AI. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the types of content and behavior that are prohibited when using our AI image and video generation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use our services to generate, create, or distribute the following types of content:

  NSFW / Adult Content: Pornography, nudity, sexual acts, or any sexually explicit material

  Child Exploitation: Any content involving minors in sexual, violent, or exploitative contexts (including AI-generated depictions)
• ✗
  Violence & Gore: Graphic violence, gore, torture, or depictions of real-world violence against individuals
• ✗
  Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• ✗
  Harassment: Content designed to harass, bully, intimidate, or defame specific individuals
• ✗
  Non-Consensual Deepfakes: Generating images or videos of real people without their consent, especially in compromising or false contexts
• ✗
  Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or depicts illegal activities, including drug manufacturing, weapons creation, or terrorism
• ✗
  Misinformation: Deliberate creation of misleading content intended to deceive, especially regarding public figures, elections, or public health

2. Prohibited Behavior

  Attempting to bypass our content filters or safety measures
• ✗
  Using the service to generate content for commercial fraud or deception
• ✗
  Impersonating another person or entity to cause harm
• ✗
  Automated or bot-driven abuse of the service
• ✗
  Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models or training data

3. Content Moderation

We employ automated content filtering systems and human review to enforce this policy. Prompts and generated content may be analyzed to detect violations. We reserve the right to refuse any generation request that appears to violate this policy.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  Legal action where applicable
